How do I go through Secured Checkout?


1. After clicking "Checkout", please complete your payment information and billing address.
2. Choose a payment method.
3. Complete your mailing address if different than your billing address.
4. Confirm the items and quantities in the cart and click "Submit Order".

Should I keep my Order Reference Number?

Shortly after you place your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Please keep track of your order number in case you will need to contact us regarding your order.

How long will it take to receive my order?

What is your return policy?


Exchange or return any item in new and unopened condition within 30 days of purchase for full refund (shipping cost excluded) BEFORE YOU RETURN: please contact us with the details of the return.


How do I order Jericho Skin Care products?

Browse around and add your selected items by clicking the “Add to Cart” button. When you find everything you need, click the “Check out” button and follow the easy instructions that guide you through the secure checkout process. Then, Click on "Submit" to send your order information. The confirmation page will contain your order information, and acts as your receipt. We advise you to print this page. A confirmation for your order will be sent via as well.


How do I add Items to the Cart?

Once you've picked your item simply click on "Add to Cart" at the bottom of the page. Select the skin type or desired scent, the desired quantity, and click on "Add to Cart" to continue. To add additional items click "Back to Shop" Or "Check Out" to place your order.

How can I qualify for FREE Shipping?

Jericho Skincare offers FREE shipping within the U.S. with a minimum order of $49 dollars or more. Verify the total price of your order before clicking on the “Check Out” button to make sure your order total has reached the minimum.
